Public User Accounts must contain the public user’s full name and home address to comply with the requirements of §5-606 of the Public Ethics Law. The State Ethics Commission reviews Public User Accounts for compliance and will deactivate any account that does not contain required information. If requested by the individual financial disclosure filer, the name and home address of any individual who views a financial disclosure statement is provided as set forth in §5-606(b)the Public Ethics Law.
